This monthly meeting takes place with the Superintendent, designated Cabinet members, and the Board of Trustees to prepare for the Regular Board Meeting.

Community members may address the Board during the "Citizens to be Heard" portion of the regularly scheduled meeting.Comments are typically limited to three minutes per speaker and, by law, trustees are not allowed to respond.For privacy reasons, comments on individual personnel or students are prohibited.For further guidelines go to "Citizens to Be Heard."
